The devastating effects of September 11th brought out the realization in all of us to be prepared. We must no longer prepare just for natural disasters but  man-made ones as well. We must teach and prepare ourselves for different terroristic threats and take appropriate actions to ensure our safety. Terrorists are skilled in what they do and look for weaknesses in our society to exploit their cause. By looking out for the signs of terrorism, we will surely strike a crushing blow to terrorists and subdue their ability to use fear and uncertainty as weapons. CNMI citizens must always be aware that knowing what to do and being cognizant on the different signs of terrorism will surely make a difference in times of crisis when seconds count.
